Greetings,
Today I am in Angola. I have had a wonderful weekend here seeing God work in His love with some wonderful members of my Angolan family in Christ. God is great, God is good, and His love endures forever! Thank you to all who have participated in the gatherings we have had so far. Today I have begun a week of training here with leaders in the body of Christ.
I believe that this year is a year to embrace a partnership with God in a greater way to be able to enter into the new things that God is doing today. I believe that this is a year of seeing the fruit of things that we have believed for in our past. Our endurances to stand fast with the hope of God’s glory will prevail in new and unexpected ways. We will enter into things that are new that are the joy that was before. Things that we have suffered to see, things that we have believed for, will be created now in a new way because of a partnership with God. When we partner with God for His purpose and will, He partners with us to fulfill His purpose and will in our lives. This is a season of answered prayers!
God is knocking at the door of our hearts, and He wants us to open the door and allow Him to feast with us in every aspect of our lives. He wants to eat with us! He wans to dine with us and for us to dine with Him. When we partner with God for His will, we see His will come to pass in our lives.
Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. 21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
Our ability to reign in life is the fruit of a partnership with Him and He with us. Our lives were given to us for the glory of God in all things. This is not some religious way or form of false piety. It is the fiery passion of His manifest presence in our world. His presence gives us a zeal for His house in our world. This is the testimony of a face-to-face relationship with God. It is the testimony of a face-to-face partnership with God in life. It is the testimony of fulfilled prayer that reveals the grace of an awe of God’s presence in our world. This is the testimony of a fear of the Lord – and awe of Him in the deepest expression of love. He will empower us to enter into all that is new! It is good news for us! It is good news for our marriages! It is good news for our families! It is good news for our world!
Who is He who wants to partner with us so we can partner with Him? Who is He who wants to partner with us so we can partner with one another for His glory in our world? Who is He wo wants to partner with our marriage, our family, and our home so that all that we are becomes a testimony of His house? He is the Amen, the Faithful, the True Witness, and the Beginning of the creation of God.
Revelation 3:14 “And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write,‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God…”
The Amen wants to partner with us. What He says is the conclusion to every end. The Faithful One wants to partner with us, so that we can see the wonder of His faithfulness in every step and moment of our lives. The True Witness wants to partner with us so that every false witness is destroyed from our dwelling place in this world. As the Truth, He destroys every lie that seeks to feast with us at our table. The Beginning of the creation of God wants to partner with us so that we can experience whatever new beginning we need today. It is created now, and not from the beginning because He is the Beginning of the creation of God in every moment, every season, every time, and every measure of our journey in life. He wants us to open the door of our hearts to Him to drink with us and eat with us in our lives today. He wants to share His life with us in our world so that our lives become a testimony of the purpose of His world fulfilled! When we partner with Him, what He sees becomes the reality of our lives.
I will write more on this next week, but this is a time to partner with God so that we can partner with one another to see the joy that was before. The suffering and endurance of our past will pale dim to the glory of His purpose fulfilled in our lives today. What was not, will be because of who He is in our lives. Get ready! Prayers are being answered, and the prevailing glory of God is going to be seen in our world!
